Policies & Fees
A: Begins at 4:00 pm and runs until 2:00 am.
A: You are more than welcome to arrive early and if your room is available, our Front Desk Team will be able to check you in for an additional fee of $35 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm based upon availability. If we do not have a room available upon your early arrival, we would be more than happy to store your luggage for you while you are waiting.
A: Our standard check-out time is at 10am. To request a late check-out, please contact our Front Desk Team.
A: Yes, we have a daily resort fee of $40 plus tax per night for Terraces Studio Suites and Terraces One Bedroom Suites. There is a resort fee of $45 plus tax per night for Terraces Two Bedroom Suites and Grove Two Bedroom Condos, and there is a resort fee of $50 plus tax per night for Grove Three Bedroom Condos. Resort fees are charged to your room rate and includes:
- FREE Surfari Water Park entry for every guest staying at the Resort
- Daily Transportation to and from Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld
- Resort Wide Wi-Fi
- In-Suite Local and Toll-Free Calls
- Unlimited 24/7 Access to our Fitness Center
- Use of the Business Center
- Scheduled Family Activities
A: Parking is $25 plus tax, per vehicle, per night.
A: Guests must cancel their reservation three days before arrival by 4:00 pm EST to avoid a one night plus tax fee. Cancelling a reservation: If you booked directly on our website, click here , then go to Modify/Cancel Reservation at the bottom of the page. If you booked with an online travel agency or other third party, please contact the third party directly. Please note, there are no cancellation refunds offered on Advance Purchase rates.
A: Upon check-in, a $50 hold per day, up to a maximum of $350, will be placed on your debit or credit card to cover incidentals during your stay. This hold will be released 7-10 business days after your departure depending on your issuing bank.
A: At check-in, the types of credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The room balance, resorts fees and parking, all taxes and an additional $50 per night for incidentals will be charged. Cash will not be accepted at the time of check-in but can be used as a form of payment at the time of check-out. If paying in cash, you still must present a credit card at time of check-in.
A: If a reservation is booked direct through our website or by call-in there is a one-night deposit. Please note that the deposit of the first night's room, tax and resort fee is due at the time of booking for all reservations made direct or through a 3rd party platform. The reservation balance is due at the time of check-in. If a guest cancels their reservation less than three days before their check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable. Please know that Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and there is a full pre-payment required at time of booking.
A: Yes. Once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in you are responsible for an early departure fee should you choose to depart the hotel prior to the scheduled date. The fee is equal to one-night room and tax of the day departing.
A: The minimum age of check-in is 21 years.
A: Water park entry is FREE when you book your stay!
A: Yes! You can purchase daily wristbands here. Please note that availability varies seasonally is on a first come first serve basis.
A: Wristbands will be distributed at check-in, based on total occupants per room, not to exceed maximum room occupancy. Wristbands are required to be worn in pool areas at all times and your room key may also be requested to validate guests of the resort. For lost wristbands, a fee of $35 will be required to replace.
A: We cannot accept or store groceries on behalf of our guests. If you have groceries delivered, you must meet the delivery driver and collect the groceries in the lobby.
A: The resort welcomes service animals but not pets.
A: Skateboards and hoverboards (self-balanced, two-wheeled, gliding motorized scooters) are prohibited on property due to safety concerns.
A: To ensure the safety and privacy of all guests, drones are not permitted to be operated on hotel grounds.
A: Yes, guests can have items shipped to the resort.

A: Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi around the resort. Premium Wi-Fi is also available at an additional cost per day.
Housekeeping Services
We're excited to announce that The Grove Resort now offers a variety of upgraded housekeeping options to enhance your stay! Choose from our Refresh, Enhanced Refresh, or Full Clean options, tailored to your specific needs and budget. You may add an option upon booking your room during the reservation or at time of check-in. If a cleaning option is not chosen, your room will remain undisturbed for the duration of your stay.
Our Refresh option includes a towel exchange and trash removal. Please note that pool towels are not included in this service. With this refresh option, a Grove 2-bedroom unit refresh will be $15 plus tax per service. A Grove 3-bedroom unit will be $20 plus tax per service. You may schedule as many services as you like during your stay.
Our Enhanced Refresh includes fresh towels, trash removal, replenished in-room amenities, water bottles, Keurig cups,1 box of laundry detergent, and 1 dishwasher detergent. Please note that pool towels are not included in this service. With this enhanced refresh option, 2-bedroom unit refresh will be $30 plus tax per service and will receive 6 water bottles and 6 Keurig cups. A Grove 3-bedroom unit will be $35 plus tax per service and will receive 8 water bottles and 8 Keurig cups. A Terrace studio room will be $20 plus tax per service and will receive 2 bottles waters and 2 Keurig cups. A Terraces 1-bedroom suite will be $30 plus tax per service and will receive 4 water bottles and 4 Keurig cups. You may schedule as many services as you like during your stay.
Our Full Clean option includes a complete room clean: everything on the enhanced refresh plus fresh sheets, fresh towels, new/refilled toiletries, washed dishes, a vacuumed floor, and a thorough clean of all surfaces. Please note that pool towels are not included in this service. With this option, a Grove 2-bedroom condo unit and a Terraces 2-bedroom suite full clean will be $85 plus tax per service and will receive 6 water bottles and 6 Keurig cups. A Grove 3-bedroom condo unit will be $95 plus tax per service and will receive 8 water bottles and 8 Keurig cups. A Terrace studio room will be $40 plus tax per service and will receive 2 water bottles and 2 Keurig cups. A Terraces 1-bedroom suite will be $50 plus tax per service and will receive 4 water bottles and 4 Keurig cups. You may schedule as many services as you like during your stay.
Amenities & Services
A: Yes, The Springs Pools and our zero-entry pool at Surfari Water Park are kept at 83 degrees year-round.
A: No, there are no towels at the pool as towels are provided conveniently in your suite upon check-in for guest use at Surfari Water Park and The Springs Pools. We do ask that guests bring their towels back to their suite at the end of their day. If you need additional towels, please reach out to guest services. There will be a fee charged for any missing towels.
A: Cabanas are $275 per day. For more information about what is included or to book your cabana.
A: Surfari Water Park access is restricted to registered resort guests and annual members only. For more information about annual membership please email sales@groveresortorlando.com.

This allows you access to enjoy our Surfari Water Park and The Springs Pools until your room is ready. If we do not have a room available upon your early arrival, we would be more than happy to store your luggage for you while you enjoy Valencia Restaurant, Element Lounge, Alfresco Market, and Escape Spa.
A: The FlowRider®® is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and does not currently accept reservations.
A: Shared FlowRider®® sessions are $35 per person for 30 minutes and $55 per person for 60 minutes. Private FlowRider®® sessions are also available for $175 for 30 minutes and $275 for 60 minutes.
A: Yes, guests must be a minimum of 48 inches to ride both slides.
A: No, coolers are not permitted in the water park. However, we offer Premium Poolside Seating for a fee, which includes a lockable safe with phone charger and cooler. Click here for details.
A: No, outside food & beverage is not permitted in the water park.
A: Yes, many retail items are available for sale including sunscreen.
A: Life jackets are available for rent for $5 for the day. Unreturned life jackets will result in a charge of $25.
A: Yes, in the swimming pool and lazy river. Swim masks and goggles are not permitted on the FlowRider® or water slides.
A: Yes, for the zero-entry pool only. Lazy River Tubes are available and included in the resort fee.

A: Yes, toddlers are able to ride on a float with an adult. We also have life jackets available for rent.
A: Yes, there are multiple lifeguards on duty at all times at Surfari Water Park.
A: Yes, the water park is ADA compliant.

A: Yes, guests are permitted to use their own fishing equipment, but they must use artificial bait.
A: The fitness center is open 24 hrs.
A: While there are currently no plans for a tennis court, there is an on-site fitness center for guest use.

A: Yes! Alfresco Market is located near the Lobby.
A: There are no on-site grills and unfortunately the use of a personal grill on the property is prohibited.
A: Yes. Visit the business center located in the lobby to print your boarding passes and receive complimentary internet access.
A: In addition to daily events at the pool, we have an Activity Center. Guests can come in for scheduled crafts, but also they can choose to just color or play board games. There are also board games for complimentary guest check-out.

A: Valencia Restaurant can accommodate dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan meal restrictions. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate kosher meal options. Restrictions should be mentioned to the waiter once you are at the restaurant.

Transportation & Location
A: The resort is located just six miles from Walt Disney World® Theme Parks.
A: We offer daily shuttle to Walt Disney World® and select theme parks. Click here to see the complete Departure and Return times. Shuttle pickup is outside the Main Lobby next to the Building Garage 1 at the Bus Stop.
Reservations are required and must be made up to 48 hours in advance and no less than 2 hours prior to the shuttle departure time. Specifically, for the shuttles going to Universal, Seaworld and Magic Kingdom, please let the Concierge team know at least the day before, during concierge business hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm). For reservations, please visit the Concierge Desk on the Lobby Level or contact us at 407-545-7500 ext.1508.
A: Yes. Please notify our Guest Service desk 24 hours in advance.
A: While we do not provide shuttle service to/from the airport. Guests can choose to take a taxis or Uber from Orlando International Airport.
A: Parking is $25 plus tax, per vehicle, per night.
A: No. We do not allow any attachments to vehicles as our garages cannot accommodate them. We also do not have an alternate parking location for those attachments.
A: We don’t have luggage carts on every level of the garage but there is parking on every level. Guests can also unload their car at the porte cochere with a bellman or they can call the front desk after check in and request a luggage cart to be brought to their room.

A: We have our Alfresco Market located on-site where you can stock up on groceries for your kitchen. There is also a Publix Super Market 2 miles away on Route 192.
A: Yes. We have two ChargePoint stations located on the first floor in Garage 1 on the left-hand side.
Traveling with Babies and Young Children
A: Yes, we provide pack & plays for infants and toddlers for a $20 plus tax cost for a 7-day period. Please contact the front desk to arrange to have one delivered to your room.

Weather
The water park will not close for rain alone, however, if there is a lightning warning or sighting within 3 miles of the resort, the water park will close until the storm system passes.

The resort team will communicate any closure through in-house SMS messaging. Please ensure that upon your check-in, you give the front desk your cell number to stay up to date.
It is all dependent on the storm. The resort team uses state and county tools to track weather systems. If a system passes and the team is able, the water park and pools will re-open on the same day.
Premium seating and cabana rentals are non-refundable.
