The Terraces at The Grove, the fourth and final addition to The Grove Resort & Water Park, is set to debut in June of 2024. This up-scale, exclusive, adult-centric hotel, located on the campus of The Grove, will offer guests a tranquil and relaxing environment, set away from the crowds overlooking Lake Austin. The Terraces will be comprised of studio rooms, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites. The new addition will feature a pool with private cabanas, a poolside bar, a fire pit seating area, a gym, Byte- a grab and go market, and Dyve-a lounge. The Terraces will feature 160 guest rooms that offer guests their own check-in area as well as a tranquil environment to relax while in Orlando. Located only 6 miles from the Disney World parks, guests staying at the new addition will have access to all of the existing amenities at the Grove Resort & Water Park including the award-winning Surfari Water Park, The Springs Pools, Valencia Restaurant and the Alfresco Market.

Guests of The Terraces at The Grove Resort have access to all the resort amenities. The Springs Pools, Surfari Water Park, Flip Flop's Family Fun Center, and Lake Austin are all focal points of The Grove experience. Surfari Water Park includes a kid's activity pool with multiple slides, a lazy river stretching 695 feet, and a FlowRider Double surf simulator. Flip Flop's Family Fun Center is a 7,000 square-foot state-of-the-art arcade featuring glow-in-the-dark mini golf, and the entire resort is set on Lake Austin amid a portion of Central Florida’s conservation grounds.
